To be considered for incubation at Cubhouse, startups must meet the following requirements:

24-month commitment
Startup founders who join our incubation program commit to a 24-month program at a monthly fee of EUR 250 per person. This fee gives founders access to our Cubhouse office space in Courbevoie, as well as all other resources included in our incubation program.

Compelling Idea
Founders should aim to address a significant problem or fulfill an unmet need in the market. Their idea should have the potential to disrupt existing market dynamics and offer innovative solutions.

Prototype or MVP
It is expected that founders have a working prototype or an early version of their product. This is essential to demonstrate progress and traction, particularly through user engagement, thereby validating the feasibility of their idea.

Establish a Company in France
Founders must commit to establishing their company in France, with a focus on making France their primary market. This commitment is crucial to integrate their business into the local ecosystem effectively.

24-month commitment
Founders are required to commit to a 24-month participation in the program at a price of EUR 250 per person per month. That allows the founders to use the Cubhouse office space in Courbevoie and all other resources included in our incubation program.

We carefully select startups on a rolling that demonstrate the potential to succeed through a rigorous process that evaluates their founding team, business model, market opportunity, and overall feasibility.

Application
The first step is to submit an application on Cubhouse website. The application requires detailed information about the startup, including the team, the product or service, the market, and why this team is best placed to resolve this challenge.

Initial Review
- Startup overview: This assesses the overall viability of the startup and its ability to address the identified problem or need.
- Team profiles: This evaluates the skills, experience, and diversity of the founding team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to execute the startup's vision.
- Market analysis: This assesses the startup's understanding of the target market, including its size, growth potential, and competitive landscape.
- Traction and metrics: This evaluates the startup's progress to date, including user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Product demo: This assesses the maturity and viability of the startup's product or service, ensuring it has the potential to address the identified problem or need effectively.
Teams scoring more than 75 points will be invited to the next stage.

Invitation to Interview
Teams that pass the initial review will be invited to an online interview. This interview will last approximately 15 minutes and will focus on the startup's vision, traction, and team. The interview will also include some random questions designed to give us greater insights into the team dynamic and mastery of their domains.

Mentor Match
After the interview, the Cubhouse team will share the application, video interviews, and other relevant information with current and prospective mentors. The goal is for each founding team or company to secure the support of at least three mentors who will provide guidance and support throughout their incubation period.

Decision and Feedback
After the mentor match session, Cubhouse's team will make a decision to accept, reject, or wait-list the startup. Waitlisted candidates will have the opportunity to update their application in 3 months time and ask for review without submitting another application.
The founders will receive feedback on their application and interview performance via email and on their application portal.
As you establish your presence in Cubhouse, prepare to transcend limits, redefine norms, and spearhead a movement of groundbreaking innovation.
